Jazz City Hall” the name for leisure building Jazz City

Thursday, February 18

The building at the Maas harbour behind the Designer Outlet Roermond – where The Roermond Yumble was situated before – has become his own name: “Jazz City Hall”.

A name for this building makes a flexible implementation of this building possible. The building is ideal for various forms of “leisure” and events. Later, the entrance will be situated between the houses “New Orleans”, the extension of the Designer Outlet and the new parking places south of the Schipperswal.

The building exists of a free floor of approx. 8,300 m2 and an entresol of approx. 700 m2 GLA. Beneath the building there are approximately 380 own parking places.

Soon the announcement of a first temporary implementation of Jazz City Hall will follow.
